Tadeusz Adamski was born in 1956. His work is connected with the Center of Folk Sculpture in Łuków.
He carries out his sculptures from a single block of wood, he carves mostly single figures, the shape of which is sought in the roundness of the wooden block. They have a clean, clear drawing, sculptures refer to the tradition of the region and connect them many with the works of old folk sculptors.
They share both the subordination of the composition of the body to the principle of symmetry and the calm monumentalism of the figures.
The author covers his sculptures with polychrome.
